Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Galoper ERP platform. These terms govern your access to and use of our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Galoper's ERP platform and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Galoper provides a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform designed for businesses, with modules including accounting, inventory management, sales, purchasing, CRM, POS, and reporting. The Service is accessible via web browser and is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization.
4. Subscription and Payment
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing: • You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis • All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including Lebanese law • Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service • Resell or sublicense the Service without our express written consent • Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure
6. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you input into the Service ("Customer Data"). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your Customer Data. We will not access, use, or disclose your Customer Data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days. After this period, we may delete your data from our systems.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by Galoper and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes only.
8. Availability and Support
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Support is available via our help center at help.galoper.net and by email. Response times vary by subscription tier.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galoper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. We may terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and you must cease all use of the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lebanon.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
